I'm orignally from Western New York (Buffalo/Amherst). I spent my teens travelling the east coast and have spent time in some of the most awesome cities, such as NYC, Philidelphia, Chicago, and some other less known, but equally entertaining places. I got my first car at the age of 18 and I was off and running from there. I'll never forget my first trip to NYC when my friend Renee and I called our folks and pulled the good old "I'll be sleeping at her place" routine. It was great until our mom's got to chatting and realized we weren't around! Good thing we called from NYC in the middle of the night and left them voicemails to tell them where we really were! Gotta love my folks, though. They're no strngs attached kind of people and I love them dearly!
After trampling around the east coast, I finally made my way to Toronto, Ontario where I met the love of my life, my husband Shawn. We met in 1999 at a friends house and he's been stuck with me ever since (yeah guy, what did YOU think the dowry was for??) j/k ;) I didn't think a carton of Marley's, a $20 dollar bill (US) and my car would get me where I am today, but hey, look what motivation can get you!
In my spare time, I enjoy religious philosophy, witty banter, listening to Mathew Sweet, Fallout Boy, Sisters of Mercy, Fleetwood Mac, Queen and lotsa old punk!! (Henry Rollins, you rock!!!)
Oh yeah, I smoke Marley Menthol to keep from killing people... Best excuse to smoke that I've got... And yes, I love my wickedly nasty little habit.

I'm into anything that deals with improving my mental compacity and personal growth. Ok, so maybe that might sound a bit dull, but you wouldn't believe the perspective you view the world in when you just open your mind!, I'm a 9 to 5er by day and a writer by night. When I'm not writing my own things, I'm looking for perspective authors as I'm also involved with my parents Publishing Company., Writing, reading, researching, war gaming, sports, HOCKEY GO LEAFS!!! Among other more mundane things that occupy my time, )
